Talent Frame are delighted to partner with their client on a fantastic Operations Lead (Communications) role. The successful candidate will oversee operational excellence within the Communications & Corporate Affairs team, driving process improvements, supporting strategic planning, and fostering innovation to enhance overall performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse, streamline, and optimise processes to increase efficiency and reduce unnecessary complexity.
- Implement and embed operational best practices and standards across the team.
- Lead initiatives that promote agility, innovation, and continuous improvement through technology adoption and skills development.
- Support strategic planning by providing insights, scenario analyses, and resource modelling to inform decision-making.
- Oversee resource allocation, ensuring effective deployment of personnel and budgets against business objectives.
- Develop and manage performance metrics and dashboards to monitor progress and identify areas for enhancement.
- Provide practical recommendations on operational models, structures, and ways of working to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with Finance, Technology, and HR to align operations with organisational policies.
- Foster knowledge sharing, skills development, and a culture of high performance and continuous growth within the team.
Person Specification
- Proven experience in operational management, business planning, or process improvement within complex or matrixed organisations, preferably in professional services.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate actionable insights from data.
- Experience supporting strategic planning, resource management, and familiarity with tools such as AI and relevant methodologies.
- Demonstrated success in managing change initiatives that deliver measurable performance improvements.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with confidence in communicating with senior leaders.
- Strong organisational and project management abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused with the ability to adapt and lead through change.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable using data analysis tools, reporting systems, and project management software.
- Resilient, adaptable, and committed to supporting continuous growth and high standards.
