Talent Frame are hiring an Internal Comms Advisor into their People Communications team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves creating impactful communications and wants to help shape a positive, inclusive culture across a truly international business.

The Role
As Internal Communications Advisor, you’ll support people-focused communications that champion wellbeing, inclusion, firm values and key change initiatives. Working closely with senior leaders, HR and Marketing, you’ll help deliver clear and engaging messaging across multiple channels, supporting cultural and business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft engaging internal communications across wellbeing, D&I, people priorities and business transformation.

  • Advise stakeholders and contribute to communication strategies for firm-wide initiatives.

  • Manage and publish content across the intranet, newsletters and digital channels.

  • Partner with business teams to support organisational change.

  • Support HR with the employer value proposition and employer brand messaging.

  • Use analytics and feedback to refine messaging and improve campaign performance.

  • Assist with employee engagement events, digital forums and firm-wide initiatives.

  • Identify opportunities to innovate and improve people communications.

About You
We’re looking for someone with experience in internal communications, employee engagement or change communications, ideally within professional services or a corporate environment. You’ll be a strong writer with excellent editorial judgement, able to simplify complex topics and deliver accessible, engaging content. Strong organisational skills, adaptability and confidence managing multiple priorities are essential.
