Claire Frankal

DIRECTOR

Claire has fifteen years’ experience recruiting marketing and BD roles and specialises in senior appointments within this space. She launched Talent Frame following her desire to have a truly consultative recruitment business where she could partner with organisations and build long-term relationships. Claire now has a strong network in the professional services space and she specialises in marketing and BD recruitment for Law Firms, Accountancy Firms and other Consultancy businesses.  When Claire isn't occupied by her two small children, she can usually be found brunching, drinking wine or watching property programmes! She has spent the last year doing home renovations and has a new love of gardening and interiors.

Matt Scarfe

SENIOR MANAGER

Matt has twelve years’ experience recruiting marketing, digital and sales professionals for both business to business and business to consumer companies. His clients range from early-stage start-ups to world leading brands. Matt is one of the lead recruiters on permanent hires at Talent Frame. He is focused on building high quality relationships and an in-depth understanding of client’s requirements. He's a big believer in making sure clients and candidates find the right match for their remuneration requirements, values, and development potential.   Outside of work Matt is a cycling fan and occasionally enters an endurance event that he is ill prepared for. He also enjoys taking his dog for walks - a small terrier with highly questionable recall.

Emily Hills

Business Manager

Emily is a specialist PR and Communications recruiter, having spent the last 13 years’ introducing exceptional talent to leading PR Agencies and Communications teams. Her clients range from PR Agencies and Comms Consultancies, through to Professional Services Firms and Tech businesses. Emily is passionate about delivering a first-class candidate and client experience, ensuring that the perfect person is matched with the right opportunity. She prides herself on building really strong long-term relationships, having worked with many of her clients and candidates for years. Focused on the mid-senior market, Emily recruits in-house roles across PR, Media Relations, External and Internal Communications, and Digital Marketing, as well as agency side roles across Client Services, Account Management, Digital Marketing, Social and Influencer. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family and going on dog walks with her crazy cockapoo, followed by a long pub lunch!

Amy Mulkeen

BD, Marketing & Comms Recruitment

Amy is passionate about connecting top talent with the right opportunities and takes pride in delivering a supportive, transparent and high-quality experience to both candidates and clients. She values building lasting relationships and has worked closely with professionals and hiring teams across the legal sector for the past 18 months. Specialising in Marketing and Business Development roles within Law Firms and professional services, Amy focuses on Executive and Senior Executive level positions and understands the unique demands and nuances of the legal and professional services world. Outside of work, she loves to travel, spend time with friends and family, play Gaelic football, and enjoy a nice lunch or drink at the pub.
