Claire Frankal


Claire has twelve years’ experience recruiting marketing and sales roles and specialises in senior appointments within this space. She launched Talent Frame following her desire to have a truly consultative recruitment business where she could partner with organisations and build long-term relationships.   Claire now has a strong network in the technology and SaaS space but also recruits across the wider business to business sector. She specialises in marketing and sales recruitment for high growth organisations at Talent Frame.   When Claire isn't occupied by her two small children, she can usually be found brunching, drinking wine or watching property programmes! She has spent the last year doing home renovations and has a new love of gardening and interiors.

Matt Scarfe


Matt has eight years’ experience recruiting marketing, digital and sales professionals for both business to business and business to consumer companies. His clients range from early-stage start-ups to world leading brands. Matt is one of the lead recruiters on permanent hires at Talent Frame. He is focused on building high quality relationships and an in-depth understanding of client’s requirements. He's a big believer in making sure clients and candidates find the right match for their remuneration requirements, values, and development potential.   Outside of work Matt is a cycling fan and occasionally enters an endurance event that he is ill prepared for. He also enjoys taking his dog for walks - a small terrier with highly questionable recall.

Emily Hills

Business Manager

Emily is a specialist Agency side recruiter, having spent the last 12 years’ introducing exceptional talent to leading PR, Digital, Integrated, Social and Creative agencies across London and surrounding areas. Her clients range from award-winning global network groups, through to independent mid-size and fast growing consultancies. Emily is passionate about delivering a first-class candidate and client experience, ensuring that the perfect person is matched with the right opportunity. She prides herself on building really strong long-term relationships, having worked with many of her clients and candidates for years. Focused on the mid-senior market, Emily recruits for both the B2B & B2C industries, across Account Management, Client Services, Digital Marketing, Social & Influencer, Performance Marketing, Creative and Experiential roles. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family and going on dog walks with her crazy cockapoo, followed by a long pub lunch!
