Talent Frame are pleased to be working with a global Law Firm to recruit a Senior Client Development Manager. This pivotal role focuses on driving strategic client engagement, unlocking new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional client experiences within a dynamic legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring delivery of tailored legal services.
- Conduct proactive client engagement and monitor external industry data to identify new opportunities for high-margin, complex work.
- Collaborate with relationship partners and cross-functional teams to develop actionable account plans targeting white-space growth.
- Lead client feedback sessions, acting on insights and ensuring clients see tangible responses to their input.
- Drive the effective use of CRM tools, to manage client activities, track progress, and promote transparency.
- Foster strong relationships with key client contacts and internal stakeholders, aligning legal services with client needs.
- Identify and build cross-selling opportunities across different practice areas to maximise client value.
- Analyse performance metrics such as revenue growth, client retention, and cross-selling success, and formulate improvement strategies.
- Support onboarding and ongoing account management, promoting best practices and operational efficiency.
Person Specification
- Proven experience in client development within legal or professional services sectors.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
- Knowledge of current trends in the energy industry, including renewables, traditional energy, and infrastructure developments.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, data analytics, and account planning methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, including report writing, presentation delivery, and client engagement.
- Skills in strategic opportunity identification and business development from existing client relationships.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
