We're excited to be supporting our client - a prestigious global law firm - as they hire for a Web Content Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract basis. This position is pivotal in supporting the next phase of the firm’s website development, ensuring high-quality digital content that enhances user experience, brand consistency, and operational efficiency across multiple jurisdictions.
 
Responsibilities
  • Build, update, and maintain web pages using Sitecore XM, adhering to established templates and design systems
  • Create and optimise pages based on content strategies, templates, and governance standards
  • Ensure the correct application of components, metadata, tagging, and internal linking for SEO and usability
  • Support ongoing site optimisation by updating page structures and layouts
  • Conduct quality checks prior to publication, maintaining consistency across similar page types
  • Manage localisation of the careers website including regional variations, and support multi-language needs, while working closely with the recruitment team to understand regional and functional requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver responsive, accessible, and brand-aligned content
 
Experience required
  • Proven hands-on experience with Sitecore XM, including building and managing complex, large-scale websites
  • Strong knowledge of content templates and component-based CMS models
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on quality control and brand standards
  • Ability to work effectively within strategic frameworks and guidelines
  • Experience working in professional services, corporate, or regulated sectors
  • Excellent organisational skills, capable of managing numerous content requests efficiently
  • Collaborative and stakeholder-focused, demonstrating strong communication skills
  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines and within defined standards and constraint
  • Adaptable in a pace-driven environment with a pragmatic approach to delivery
