Talent Frame is delighted to partner with a leading organisation to recruit a Corporate Relations Coordinator. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support media relations, crisis management, and corporate reporting activities within a dynamic, global environment, fostering professional growth in corporate communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate media relations activities, including preparing media lists, background materials, and assisting with interview and press briefing logistics.
- Support the drafting and distribution of press releases, Q&A documents, and official statements, ensuring accuracy and timely approvals.
- Monitor media coverage and reputational risk by tracking, alerting, data entry, and preparing summary reports for senior management.
- Manage logistics and project timelines for corporate reporting cycles, including data collection, content formatting, and stakeholder communication.
- Maintain the team's knowledge base, including databases of contacts, case studies, and crisis management resources.
- Support crisis response tasks, assisting with delivery and maintaining confidentiality as directed by senior team members.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record notes and actions to keep projects on track.
- Conduct ad-hoc research, benchmarking, and sector scans to support strategic planning and content development.
Person Specification
- Experience in communications, or project coordination, at a large professional services firm.
- Background in media, public relations, or corporate communications - this can include a specific PR/comms qualification, combined with a couple of year general work experience in a large company
- Comfortable with digital research and content management tools.
- Skilled in managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Demonstrates a proactive and adaptable approach, with discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Competent with standard office and digital tools, with a strong desire to learn and develop new skills.
