We are excited to be working with this world renowned law firm, as they hire a Head of Media Crisis and Corporate Reporting to the their team. This key leadership position involves developing and managing strategic media and crisis communication initiatives to protect and enhance the firm’s reputation on a global scale.
 
Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of media strategies that align with the firm’s goals and reputation management efforts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries, ensuring consistent and effective messaging.
  • Oversee crisis communication plans, providing counsel during high-profile or sensitive situations.
  • Oversee the development and publication of major corporate reports - ESG, financial, regulatory disclosures, annual results etc.
  • Coordinate internal and external communication efforts, including press releases, briefings, and public statements.
  • Monitor media coverage and industry trends to proactively identify potential reputational risks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strategic consistency and alignment across communication channels.
  • Manage a team of communication professionals, fostering a culture of professionalism and excellence.
 
Experience:
  • Proven experience in high level, global and complex, media and crisis management roles within a professional services organisation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence at all levels of the organisation.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to assess risk and respond appropriately under pressure.
  • Adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, confidentiality, and strategic thinking in all activities.
