Marketing Manager

This key position involves leading multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive growth and measurable results. The successful candidate will develop innovative strategies aligned with strategic priorities, delivering impactful marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise integrated lead generation marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Define campaign objectives, target audiences, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed campaign plans with timelines, budgets ensuring effective delivery.
• Maintain brand consistency across all campaign content.
• Use analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and refine targeting and messaging.

Person Specification

• Extensive experience (5+ years) in marketing, ideally within sectors such as tech, financial services, or high growth, fast paced B2B environments.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver multi-channel demand generation / lead generation campaigns that achieve measurable business outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic actions.
• Effective communicator capable of managing relationships with diverse stakeholders and team members.
