This pivotal position involves steering the strategic development and management of the firm’s digital content, ensuring engaging, high-quality communications that align with business goals and uphold brand standards across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee planning, production, and distribution of content across internal and external channels, including intranet, newsletters, social media, and websites.
- Lead the creation and commissioning of multimedia content such as videos, podcasts, infographics, and interactive assets to reflect the firm’s messaging and values.
- Manage digital platforms to improve usability, functionality, audience engagement, and analytics reporting.
- Analyse performance data to identify trends, optimise content strategies, and promote continuous improvement.
- Establish and embed operational best practices, including editorial standards, governance, workflows, and quality assurance processes.
- Advise and support teams and leaders on content creation, digital storytelling, platform use, and engagement strategies.
- Ensure content accessibility, inclusivity, and compliance with relevant standards, promoting diversity within all communications.
- Collaborate with technology, marketing, and other teams to optimise digital infrastructure and enhance client and staff engagement.
Person Specification
- Extensive experience managing digital content, channels, or editorial functions within complex, global organisations.
- Proven ability to develop engaging multimedia content and utilise analytics tools for performance insights.
- Strong understanding of content governance, editorial standards, and quality management practices.
- Skilled in analysing data to drive content strategy and digital innovation.
- Adept at managing cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple projects with organisational clarity.
- Knowledge of digital accessibility, inclusive communication practices, and platform optimisation.
- Excellent communication, editorial, and stakeholder management skills, with an aptitude for fostering collaboration.
