Talent Frame have partnered with a prestigious global law firm to hire a Website Governance & Delivery Advisor on a 12 month FTC basis. Please note this role has an immediate start, and will be based in the office 2-3 days per week.
The role is pivotal in establishing a structured operating model and governance framework for the firm’s extensive website, to ensure the effective management and supporting the upcoming redesign and rebranding initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive governance and operating model for the website, including clear workflows, approval processes, and stakeholder roles.
- Define standards for content quality, page structure, metadata, tagging, and discoverability to ensure consistency across the site.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation for processes, responsibilities, approvals, and escalation paths, embedding these within the system for ongoing management.
- Establish mechanisms to automate routine tasks, such as email alerts for bio updates, and define procedures for content updates, reviews, and dispute resolution.
- Manage implementation of significant site projects, including large-volume content updates, rebranding, or redesign efforts.
- Coordinate across multiple stakeholders, including communications, editorial, marketing teams, and technical resources, to track project progress, dependencies, and risks.
- Support the transition from project delivery to sustainable business-as-usual operations, ensuring processes are scalable and scalable.
- Lead operational oversight with a focus on systems thinking, process optimisation, and stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced environment.
Experience required
- Experience in website or digital platform governance, preferably within large-scale and global environments.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Operational mindset with a systems-thinking approach, ideally with some technical background or familiarity with website technologies.
- Experience in large content inventories, site rebranding, or website refresh processes.
- Excellent organisational, documentation, and communication skills, with confidence working with senior stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and structured, able to establish governance frameworks where gaps exist.
- Experience implementing automation mechanisms and operational procedures for content management.
- Proactive and pragmatic, focused on long-term sustainability rather than just immediate delivery.
