Talent Frame are excited to be supporting this leading global insurance specialist, as they hire for a Senior PR Manager on a 12 month FTC basis. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead strategic external communications, enhance brand visibility and shape industry thought leadership across a global landscape. The role will be based in London 3 days per week and a January/February 2026 start is required.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive PR strategies aligned with regional and global business objectives.
  • Manage media relations, including securing coverage, arranging interviews, and preparing spokespeople.
  • Lead external communications for key industry events and corporate initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to execute PR campaigns, thought leadership articles, and industry award submissions.
  • Support crisis communication activities and provide strategic counsel to leadership.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on PR performance metrics to optimise campaign impact.
  • Facilitate internal and external stakeholder engagement, ensuring regulatory and brand compliance.
  • Assist with corporate social responsibility initiatives and external community engagement efforts.

Experience required
  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in public relations, ideally within the insurance or financial services sectors.
  • Strong media relations skills with established industry contacts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, adaptable to various audiences and platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic communications plans and deliver measurable results.
  • Experience working with PR agencies and managing external partnerships.
  • Good organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Influencing and negotiation skills to support key initiatives and sustain stakeholder buy-in.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
