Talent Frame are thrilled to be supporting this top Global 200 Law firm as they recruit a Senior Internal Communications Manager to their growing team.
This is a newly created role, reporting into the Director of Communications and managing a team of three. As such, previous experience at Manager or Senior Manager level is required. The role will work very closely with both Partners and Heads of Practice, to lead on the development and execution of internal communications strategies. A global firm, the role will span the UK, US, Europe and Middle East.
Responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Lead on the planning and delivery of all partner-facing communications
- Develop and draft messaging, speeches and presentations for senior leaders and partners
- Manage and support the development of the internal communications team
- Lead on senior stakeholder relationships, being the trusted go-to for strategic communications advice
- Take the lead on key strategic internal communications projects
- Be a key member of the senior management team
- Extensive internal communications experience in the professional services or legal sector
- Previous experience of working in a partnership model is preferred
- Strong relationship building capabilities, able to be a trusted advisor to C-suite and Partners
- Experience of working in a global internal comms capacity would be advantageous
