Senior Client Relationship Manager

Talent Frame are pleased to be working with a global Law Firm to hire a Senior Client Relationship Manager. You will be working with Heads of BD and Sectors to manage the collaborative development of key clients and drive growth. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Creating and coordinating client teams and effective cross-practice groups to support client development plans.
• Researching and identifying topics for content and advising partners in the use of content for engagement and sales purposes. 
• Supporting on panels and pitches for key clients.
• Conducting review meetings with client Partners to ensure priorities are understood.
• Demonstrating strong knowledge of assigned client accounts and represent that knowledge effectively with Partners. 

Experience Required:

• Substantial experience of working as a senior CRM practitioner within a fast-paced professional services environment.
• Experience of setting and monitoring budgets
• Working comfortably at a senior level and possesses the ability to influence clients and key partner/lawyer groups
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities within tight timescales
• Able to work to very tight deadlines under pressure and to assimilate information quickly
• Strong interpersonal skills including confidence, positivity, diplomacy and the ability to gain credibility quickly
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
