Talent Frame are working with an international law firm to hire an interim Senior Client Relationship Manager, starting ASAP until December. This pivotal role focuses on fostering excellent client relationships, leading strategic outreach, and driving programme initiatives to strengthen the firm's market position and client loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee client listening frameworks, ensuring feedback is captured and acted upon to improve service delivery.
- Lead the design and implementation of best practice client targeting and key account management strategies across the firm.
- Manage and support key client accounts, creating tailored account plans to maximise legal service opportunities and grow revenue.
- Facilitate client review meetings, build relationships with key decision-makers, and advise partners on relationship development.
- Drive the firm's Intermediary and Alumni programmes, exploring opportunities for referral growth.
- Analyse client data, market insights, and financial reports to identify strategic opportunities, leveraging CRM systems effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-impact proposals, presentations, and client reports that uphold best practices.
- Present initiatives and programme updates at internal meetings, advocating for client-centric strategies and innovations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory standards.
Person Specification
- Proven experience managing key client programmes within a professional services or legal environment.
- Skilled in advising partners and teams on client relationship management and strategic account development.
- Demonstrates excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in developing client account plans, and experienced with CRM systems and data analysis.
- Strong influencing and communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Results-driven with a professional approach, maintaining high standards of integrity and respect.
- Resilient and adaptable, able to foster long-lasting, trusted relationships inward and outward.
- A self-starter comfortable making recommendations and managing workload independently.
