Talent Frame are working with a leading law firm to hire a Senior Client Programme Manager to join this growing division. This pivotal position involves overseeing client programmes to enhance relationships, drive growth, and embed best practices throughout the firm’s client engagement lifecycle, ensuring exceptional client experience is at the core of their strategic approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day delivery of the firm’s Key Account Management programme, managing a portfolio of high-value clients.
  • Develop and implement strategic client development plans in collaboration with Client Partners and their teams.
  • Facilitate regular client team meetings to identify opportunities and plan targeted activities.
  • Support the continuous improvement of client listening and feedback programmes by increasing feedback quality and translating insights into actionable results.
  • Create reporting frameworks to highlight key themes, measure progress, and inform ongoing improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in delivering a comprehensive Client Experience action plan across the client journey to foster consistent excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with lawyers, marketing teams, and business services to embed best practices into everyday operations.
  • Support and contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Promote a culture of learning and development by coaching colleagues and sharing best practices.

Person Specification

  • Significant experience managing and delivering client programmes within a professional, client-facing environment.
  • Strong relationship management and influencing capabilities, with confidence in engaging senior stakeholders and challenging constructively.
  • Ability to translate insights into practical actions, managing complex processes and driving organisational change.
  • Collaborative, resilient, and proactive mindset, with excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement, learning, and mentoring colleagues.
  • Effective communicator with facilitation skills capable of fostering consensus and driving projects forward.
