Talent Frame are pleased to be working with a leading international law firm to hire a Senior Business Development Executive on a fixed-term contract in London.
This is a broad BD role supporting senior stakeholders across the firm, with exposure to complex, high-value matters and an extensive international network. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and delivering business development initiatives, enhancing market profile, and strengthening client relationships across the business.
Key Responsibilities

Support the delivery of strategic business development plans aligned with the firm’s objectives.

Take a lead role in the coordination and drafting of pitches, proposals and tender submissions.

Build and maintain trusted relationships with partners and associates, acting as a BD point of contact.

Develop and deliver client engagement initiatives, marketing campaigns and cross-selling opportunities.

Lead directory and awards submissions (e.g. Chambers, Legal 500) and support profile-raising and thought leadership activity.

Work closely with PR, Communications, Design and Clients & Markets teams on campaigns, content and events.

Prepare marketing collateral, credentials, CVs and core practice information.

Manage BD data and systems, including credentials databases, intranet and website content, and client targeting lists.

Monitor client, market and competitor developments to proactively identify opportunities.

Proactively identify process improvements and support best-practice delivery across BD activity.
Person Specification
-
3–5 years’ experience in a business development role within a professional services environment (legal preferred).

Strong experience supporting senior stakeholders within a partnership environment.

Proven ability to lead pitches and manage multiple BD initiatives simultaneously.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Commercially aware, confident and comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy.

Highly organised, proactive and solutions-focused.

Strong systems capability, including Microsoft Office; CRM and BD systems experience advantageous.
