Talent Frame are pleased to be working with a leading law firm on a Business Development Senior Executive role.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a re-shaped, forward-thinking Business Development and Marketing Operations team that provides integrated business development, marketing, digital and client relationship expertise to the business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Senior Business Development Manager and other managers to deliver business development and marketing plans for the Advisory Services division.

  • Develop a strong understanding of the division’s clients, services and markets to identify new opportunities and support revenue growth.

  • Assist with the planning and delivery of integrated campaigns, including thought leadership, events, conferences, sponsorships, and client-targeting activity.

  • Prepare high-quality client-facing materials, including credentials, case studies, capability statements, and testimonials to support engagement and bid processes.

  • Contribute to bid responses for Advisory Services-specific and cross-division opportunities.

  • Support partners and fee earners with client meetings, including research, preparation of briefing packs, and insights.

  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to produce engaging content for the website and social media channels.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and support e-marketing activity for events and campaigns.

  • Work with the client relations team to support key client initiatives, cross-selling and firm-wide campaigns.

  • Assist with awards and legal directory submissions, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.

  • Contribute to ad-hoc business development projects as required.


Skills and Experience Required:

  • Previous business development or marketing experience within a professional services environment; legal sector experience is advantageous.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.

  • Experience engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including senior fee earners in a partnership environment.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams, connecting opportunities and supporting colleagues.

  • Creative, proactive, and solutions-focused with the ability to contribute new ideas.

  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Commercially aware and able to add value in a fast-paced environment.

  • Good working knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems (experience with InterAction is advantageous).
