Senior BD Executive

Talent Frame are supporting a global Law Firm to hire a Senior BD Executive to work within their Corporate team. The successful candidate will lead key business development initiatives, support high-profile pitches and campaigns, and enhance the firm’s market presence through strategic and organisational excellence within a dynamic legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of major pitches, capability statements, and credential updates.
• Draft and refine high-quality submissions for directories and client proposals, liaising directly with fee-earners.
• Plan and execute client events, thought leadership campaigns, and targeted business development initiatives.
• Act as the primary Business Development contact for digital practice areas, driving strategic growth activities and supporting cross-border collaboration.
• Coordinate digital initiatives, meetings, and leadership reporting, ensuring consistent communication across teams.
• Maintain and update CRM data, oversee website and intranet content to support internal and external communications.
• Collaborate with PR, content, and events teams to raise the profile of practice areas and highlight key achievements.
• Support the delivery of the overall business plan, producing management reports, strategic insights, and assisting with budget planning.

Person Specification

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Business Development within a professional services or related sector.
• Proven ability to independently manage and deliver successful BD tasks, including high-stakes pitches and events.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organisational skills, attentive to detail, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Skilled in managing client-facing campaigns and utilising digital tools to enhance engagement.
• Proactive in identifying opportunities to improve processes and elevate team efficiency.
• Collaborative approach combined with the ability to influence and build positive relationships across functions and seniorities.

What’s on Offer

Salary: £50,000 - £58,000
