Talent Frame are pleased to be working with a leading global law firm to recruit a Pursuits (Pitch) Advisor to join their dynamic and growing Business Development team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with Partners and senior stakeholders on high-value, strategically important pitch activity. The Pursuits Advisor will play a key role in developing commercially compelling proposals, panel responses and capability statements, helping the firm win work across UK and international markets.
You’ll support and sometimes lead on the creation of polished, impactful pitch documents and presentations, ensuring each opportunity is approached with clarity, creativity and strategic insight. The role involves close collaboration with Pursuits Managers, acting as a role model to more junior team members while contributing to the continued development of the firm’s global pitch function.
Key Responsibilities

Support or lead on producing commercial pitch documents and presentations in response to RFPs

Work on local and global pitches, including large panel responses

Add value to each proposition by identifying areas of differentiation and creating compelling, client-focused content

Provide project management support where required

Contribute to and maintain content libraries, databases and opportunity trackers
About You

Experience supporting or leading large pitches and panel responses, ideally within a law firm

Strong creativity with the ability to develop standout ideas linked to client value

Ability to objectively evaluate business opportunities and guide others through the process

Commercially sound written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail

Confident user of PowerPoint, Word and Excel

Project management skills (desirable)

Understanding of the insurance industry (desirable)
