Talent Frame have partnered exclusively with this top 20 ranked US Law firm, as they look to appoint a PR Manager (EMEA) to their London team. You'll be based in their Central London office 3 days per week.
This is a pivotal role, working as the second in command to the Senior PR Manager, helping to shape and position the firm as a leader across their core practice areas and priority regions. The PR Manager will drive strategic media relations activity, craft thought leadership and profile raising campaigns, and lead on firm-wide PR initiatives. While the role will support across a broad range of practice areas and sector groups, there will be a core focus on Litigation, Healthcare, Life Sciences and Antitrust. Experience in these areas would be advantageous.

Responsibilities
- Lead PR initiatives to enhance the firm’s profile, including securing media placements that position the firm and its lawyers as industry leaders.
- Develop and implement strategic media plans with clear objectives, project timelines, and metrics to support BD strategies.
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, senior partners, fee earners and heads of departments.
- Respond swiftly to current events, providing insightful analysis, actionable recommendations, and identifying opportunities for thought leadership and positive public engagement.
- Manage day to day PR activities including drafting press releases, thought leadership articles and media pitches.
- Advise stakeholders on comms strategy, secure interview opportunities and provide counsel / media training.
- Maintain strong relationships with journalists and media contacts, with a proactive approach to establishing new connections.
Experience required
- PR or Communications experience in a global law firm environment a prerequisite due to the nature of the work
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling messages.
- Strong media relations skills, and knowledge of the media landscape.
- Ability to plan strategically and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Adaptability and a collaborative approach to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrable organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.
- A proactive attitude with a focus on reputation management and brand development.
