Talent Frame are partnering with our client on a fantastic Operations Communications Manager role. This position plays a pivotal part in establishing effective internal communication frameworks, enhancing onboarding experiences, and supporting change management initiatives within a busy professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a clear, sustainable communications framework for operational updates, leadership messages, and key announcements that streamline information flow across the organisation.
- Develop, deliver, and coordinate engaging internal communications, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and branding while monitoring engagement and feedback.
- Create comprehensive onboarding plans and structured training programmes for new joiners, including buddy systems, onboarding materials, and ongoing support to facilitate smooth integration.
- Plan and manage internal events such as town halls, including agenda setting, content creation, and follow-up actions, ensuring messaging aligns across various channels.
- Coordinate digital engagement initiatives, maintaining an active presence, moderating content, and tracking participation to foster a collaborative community.
- Support BAU change management processes by crafting clear, user-focused messages about system updates or new procedures, coupled with training materials and briefings to encourage adoption.
- Maintain an organised communications calendar, ensure routine documentation for onboarding and change support, and continuously seek opportunities to streamline information sharing and process efficiencies based on stakeholder feedback.
Person Specification
- Proven experience in internal communications, operational planning, or business management within complex, professional services or similar environments.
- Track record of designing and managing structured communication processes, onboarding programmes, and recurring engagement forums.
- Skilled in multi-channel internal communication delivery, including email, intranet, collaboration platforms, and virtual events.
- Familiarity with change management principles and supporting tools such as Salesforce.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complex information for diverse audiences.
- Highly organised, disciplined in managing multiple projects, and adept at meeting deadlines.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to take ownership of tasks, with a collaborative approach and confidence in engaging with senior and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Attention to detail with a strategic mindset, capable of developing repeatable frameworks and continuous improvements.
