Talent Frame have partnered with this prominent legal & professional services firm, to hire a Marketing Manager into their thriving Built Environment practice. This is an integral hire, with the Marketing Manager leading on the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns - driving brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement within the built environment and property space.

 
This is a really exciting time to be joining the team - you'll work closely with the CMO to shape, execute and assess multi-channel campaigns, as well as with senior stakeholders and heads of departments to advise on marketing strategy.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact on brand visibility and client acquisition.
  • Lead digital projects, including the management and optimisation of a dedicated website to strengthen market positioning and support campaign objectives.
  • Assist in planning, organising, and executing a programme of marketing events such as seminars, webinars, networking functions, and sponsorships to maximise engagement and ROI.
  • Act as a key contact for regional stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and delivering tailored marketing support to regional teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams - including digital, PR, design, and client development - to deliver cohesive marketing activities aligned with strategic goals.
  • Track, analyse, and report on lead generation activities, campaign performance, and return on investment to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and activities adhere to brand standards, consistency, and quality expectations.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining accurate documentation and meeting deadlines.
 
Experience
  • Proven experience driving integrated marketing campaigns, ideally within a professional services setting - built environment, property, housing, construction experience is highly advantageous
  • Demonstrates excellent organisational skills; capable of managing multiple workstreams whilst maintaining attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator with confidence working with diverse stakeholders across regions and functions.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and adaptable, with a collaborative approach to teamwork and problem solving.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience in digital projects, event organisation, and social media coordination.
  • Able to prioritise and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with competing demands.
  • Keen to learn and develop within a professional marketing environment.
