Talent Frame are delighted to partner with our client on a fantastic Marketing Lead role. This pivotal position offers an opportunity to shape and execute innovative marketing strategies for a group of premium dining venues in London, helping to enhance brand visibility and drive growth. This is a fully onsite role.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the brand’s vision across multiple restaurant locations.
- Manage marketing budgets, optimise spending, and monitor financial performance.
- Lead and oversee a small in-house marketing team, setting clear objectives and fostering collaborative achievement.
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns for seasonal promotions, special events, and restaurant launches.
- Coordinate media relations, VIP events, and collaborations with PR agencies to maximise coverage and engagement.
- Oversee digital marketing activities including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and website content management.
- Build and sustain strategic partnerships and sponsorships with relevant brands and community festivals.
- Manage third-party platform presence, including booking sites and event listings.
- Track and report on campaign KPIs, ROI, and overall commercial impact of marketing initiatives.
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging and guest communication across all channels.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure marketing efforts support business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging marketing tools.
Person Specification
- Proven experience in developing and managing marketing strategies within the premium hospitality/leisure sector.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a small team.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Ability to manage budgets effectively and optimise marketing spend.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Creative thinker with the ability to translate concepts into engaging campaigns.
- Proactive and collaborative working style with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to analyse data, interpret KPIs, and report on performance outcomes.
- Flexibility to work on-site across multiple locations as required.
