Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the firm’s website and social media channels, including LinkedIn and Instagram, ensuring content is engaging and aligns with brand goals.
- Monitor social media performance, providing insights to optimise reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan, create, and deliver internal communications via content calendars, drafts, and stakeholder liaising.
- Support the maintenance and enhancement of the firm’s intranet and SharePoint sites, ensuring relevance and user-friendliness.
- Design and produce marketing collateral such as graphics, brochures, presentations, and digital assets using tools like Canva and other design platforms.
- Create multimedia content, including basic videos, consistent with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Write compelling copy for social media, websites, internal updates, and event promotion.
- Assist in SEO initiatives and digital marketing campaigns, working with external agencies and internal teams to improve online visibility.
- Track, analyse, and report on digital marketing and social media metrics to inform continuous improvement.
- Coordinate client-facing marketing materials from concept through to final production while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Provide administrative support for marketing events, mailings, campaigns, and business development activities using relevant systems.
- Build collaborative relationships across the organisation to deliver effective communications and campaigns.
- Support wider departmental initiatives and projects, contributing proactively to the firm’s marketing and business development efforts.
Experience required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to produce high-quality, engaging content for diverse audiences.
- Strong attention to detail with proficiency in proofreading and editing.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Highly organised, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a professional manner.
- Proactive, with a creative approach and the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ability to work independently, taking ownership of tasks and delivering results within set timeframes.
- Commercial awareness, especially within the legal sector, with an understanding of how marketing supports business growth.
- Competent in digital platforms, including social media, website management tools, and analytics, with a willingness to embrace new technologies.
