Leadership Communications Senior Advisor - prestigious global Law firm

We've partnered with this prestigious, global law firm, as they recruit for a Leadership Communications Senior Advisor into their communications division. This is a key role, working directly with the Leadership Communications Lead, shaping, advising on and coordinating the execution of all executive communications on behalf of the firm's senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and draft a range of executive comms - internal announcements, leadership updates, speeches, external statements and social content
- Advise senior leadership on tone, narrative and key message development
- Support leadership in preparing for key engagements, including client events, town halls and media opportunities
- Work cross-functionally with members of the communications division, to ensure executive messaging aligns with broader comms and change programmes
- Monitor market trends and competitor communication strategies to inform and enhance firm messaging
- Prepare content - briefing documents, Q&A packs, presentations and other relevant comms materials on behalf of senior leadership
- Build strong relationships with key senior stakeholders across the firm
Experience required
- Previous experience in a communications advisory role - ideally within the executive or leadership comms function - within a global professional services, legal or corporate environment
- Proven ability to craft impactful messages for senior leaders and high-profile events, particularly speeches, scripts and executive announcements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an extremely strong eye for detail
- Confident working with and into senior leadership within a complex and matrixed organisation
- Capable of working in a very fast paced, high pressured environment, often handling sensitive or confidential information
- Resilient, confident, switched on and able to adapt quickly
