Talent Frame are working with a global Law Firm to hire a Key Account Manager to work with it's priority client in the Insurance space. This position involves managing strategic client relationships and driving revenue growth within the insurance sector, supporting the firm’s global clients and enhancing their experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global client relationship strategies to achieve financial and non-financial goals.
- Cultivate relationships with key contacts across legal, claims, procurement, and executive levels to expand the client partnership.
- Lead cross-functional teams in delivering cohesive, high-quality client services that meet agreed standards.
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cross-selling across the firm’s network by analysing client needs and market insights.
- Maintain and update detailed client records, including mapping relationships, personnel changes, and market position.
- Support business development activities such as thought leadership campaigns, networking events, and client training initiatives.
- Analyse client data to monitor pipeline health, address potential risks, and develop initiatives to maximise revenue retention.
- Negotiate fee arrangements, terms, and conditions to align with firm policies.
- Ensure delivery of consistent, excellent service and compliance with service level agreements and engagement letters.
- Oversee financial processes, including billing, WIP management, and debt collection, with a focus on profitability.
- Lead internal relationship calls and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders regarding client status and opportunities.
- Coach team members and support onboarding to promote effective relationship management practices.
Person Specification
- Proven experience managing client accounts within a professional services or legal environment.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills at senior levels.
- Strong organisational and project management capabilities, with the ability to prioritise and handle multiple initiatives.
- Ability to influence and negotiate effectively across different jurisdictions and cultures.
- Commercial acumen and understanding of revenue development in large client environments.
- Demonstrates proactive communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
- Adaptability to work across diverse markets and client needs.
