Talent Frame are working exclusively with this fast growing VC firm, to appoint a Head of PR & Comms to the business. The firm has a hybrid set up - 3 days in office, 2 days from home. You'll be based in the Mayfair office Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Reporting into the CEO, the Head of PR & Comms will ultimately own, shape and execute the PR & Comms function of the business - spanning PR, internal comms and investor relations. The VC firm is renowned for investing in truly exciting, early stage start ups across the tech, sustainability, healthcare and lifestyle industries. The role would really suit a strong PR & Comms professional from either a PR agency or VC, who is comfortable working fairly autonomously to develop and lead on PR activities for the VC itself, plus its portfolio companies. You'll work closely with senior leadership, portfolio company founders and stakeholders, to deliver the businesses story and make a big impact.

Responsibilities include
- Develop and executive a strategic PR and Comms programme, aligned with the VCs strategic objectives
- Proactively secure high profile media coverage across trade, financial, national and digital media
- Lead on positioning the firms executives as thought leaders, through op-eds, panel discussions, interviews and events
- Manage content creation including articles, press releases, blogs, social media
- Be the go-to for advising on PR strategy, brand positioning, crisis comms and campaign development
- Prepare founders for media engagement, keynote ops and company announcements
- Develop and execute an internal comms strategy
- Work closely with investor relations team to develop investor comms collateral - quarterly reports, presentations, investor content
- Support with developing and executing webinars, investor roadshows and annual meetings
Experience required
- Must have proven experience in a senior PR or Comms role, working within the high-growth b2b tech, finance or investment industries
- Strong understanding of the media landscape with a good track record of securing high impact media coverage
- Impeccable written communication skills
- Experience of internal and external comms
- Highly strategic, creative and commercially minded
