Talent Frame are delighted to be working with a national Law Firm to hire Events Manager. This role is a hybrid position, working 2-3 days in the office across any of their sites including Birmingham, Manchester and Leeds. The successful candidate will lead the planning and delivery of a diverse portfolio of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events designed to support business development, strengthen relationships, and enhance the firm's profile across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic event programmes aligned with firm priorities, engaging senior stakeholders and partners.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of a wide range of events, including logistics, content, suppliers, venues, budgets, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to integrate events into broader client development and marketing activities, ensuring measurable outcomes.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders, providing clear guidance and proactive project management.
  • Monitor and evaluate event performance using data, feedback, and commercial results to drive continuous improvement.
  • Oversee supplier relationships and budgets, ensuring value for money and adherence to policy compliance.
  • Support the development of best practices, overseeing processes, procedures, and standardised reporting.
  • Lead and influence team members and colleagues through collaborative working, fostering a positive and productive team environment.

Person Specification

  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end corporate or professional services events, from smaller client meetings to large-scale conferences.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and manage tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to utilise data and insights to evaluate success and optimise future event planning.
  • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, business development, and senior leadership.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and proactive, comfortable working in fast-paced, stakeholder-led environments.
  • Willingness to travel across different locations, support flexible working hours, and occasionally work outside standard hours.
