Talent Frame are excited to be supporting a leading global law firm as they hire an Events Executive to join their London based Business Development team. The successful candidate will support the planning, coordination and delivery of a high-quality events programme, contributing to client engagement and wider business development objectives across a global network.
Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end delivery of in-person and virtual events, ensuring all activity is executed to a high standard, on time and within budget.
- Assist with event planning, including project timelines, logistics coordination and stakeholder management.
- Draft and manage event communications, including invitations and internal briefings, ensuring messaging is clear and engaging.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as design and digital to produce event materials and online content.
- Develop and manage targeted client invitation lists in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, ensuring effective use of CRM systems.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue management, supplier liaison, and on-site or virtual event delivery.
- Provide on-the-day support for events, including attendee management, troubleshooting and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Support post-event activity, including feedback collection, reporting and follow-up communications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date event information across internal systems, platforms and calendars.
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure smooth execution of all events.
Experience required
- Previous experience supporting or delivering events, ideally within a professional services environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Confident liaising with stakeholders at all levels in a professional manner.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience using CRM and e-marketing platforms (e.g. InterAction, Eventogy, Vuture Vx) is advantageous.
- A proactive and collaborative approach, with a positive and flexible attitude.
