Enterprise Business Development Manager (Partnerships)

Talent Frame are delighted to partner with our client on a fantastic Enterprise Business Development Manager (Partnerships) role. This position involves driving strategic enterprise partnerships, opening new market routes, and managing complex negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively target and engage high-potential enterprise prospects, including organisations that have major partner/B2B customer ecosystems - marketplaces, banks, fintechs etc.
• Lead the full sales cycle from initial outreach and networking to closing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised commercial propositions.
• Model and forecast opportunities to ensure profitable outcomes, balancing revenue potential with implementation effort.
• Continuously seek improvements in how enterprise partnership opportunities are identified, pursued, and converted.

Person Specification

• Proven experience in opening and closing complex enterprise partnership deals with a B2B focus.
• Capable of building relationships with C-Suite and senior decision-makers across large organisations.
• An understanding of how to develop effective value propositions for different verticals.
• Ability to galvanise internal teams to execute on development and delivery of propositions
• Experience with APIs, embedded solutions, and technology ecosystems relevant to enterprise agreements.
