Talent Frame are delighted to partner with our client on a fantastic Editorial Manager role. This pivotal position involves overseeing digital content creation and editorial operations to enhance internal and external communications, ensuring alignment with the firm's brand and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the creation, editing, scheduling, and publishing of digital content across platforms such as intranet, newsletters, website, and digital displays.
  • Oversee editorial calendars, content workflows, and approval processes to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Coordinate multimedia content production with internal teams and external contributors, including writers, designers, and video producers.
  • Ensure all content adheres to quality standards, brand guidelines, accessibility requirements, and regulatory compliance.
  • Analyse content performance using analytics tools, prepare reports, and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Promote best practices in content governance, compliance, and innovative storytelling strategies.
  • Identify workflow efficiencies and suggest process enhancements to optimise operational effectiveness.

Person Specification

  • Extensive experience in content or editorial management, digital publishing, or strategic communications, preferably within professional services or complex organisations.
  • Proven proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS) and multimedia production tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in using data and analytics to inform content strategies.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects and collaborating effectively across diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of digital accessibility standards, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Organised, adaptable, and proactive in implementing operational improvements.
