Talent Frame are hiring a 6 month FTC for a US Law Firm. The role as Directories Manager involves overseeing global directories, award submissions, and recognitions to enhance the firm’s reputation and visibility worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project management for the firm’s participation in international and national directories, awards, and surveys.
- Manage a team of 5 x Directories Coordinators
- Develop, write, and edit compelling content for submissions, profiles, and recognitions aligned with firm standards.
- Coordinate with various teams to gather necessary information, meet deadlines, and optimise opportunities for recognitions.
- Maintain and update project calendars, templates, and process documentation for nominations and submissions.
- Research emerging awards, analyse competitor efforts, and identify new opportunities for recognition.
- Compile peer analysis, track survey results, and report on rankings and recognitions to leadership.
- Supervise and support a team of coordinators, providing guidance, performance feedback, and coaching.
- Draft first versions of awards nominations, firm profiles, and biographies, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
- Establish clear expectations, delegate tasks effectively, and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Provide regular updates on project status and outcomes to senior management.
Person Specification
- Proven experience in project management, ideally within a legal or professional services environment.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and content development skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to translate complex legal language into accessible, persuasive messaging.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the capability to collaborate across diverse teams and personalities.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities to guide and develop a team.
- Analytical mindset for research, peer analysis, and recognising opportunities.
- Discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; adaptable to new software platforms.
