We are thrilled to have partnered with our client on a fantastic Content Manager role. This is a really exciting opportunity for an established Manager to join a highly reputable, international law firm, where you will lead strategic content initiatives, oversee project delivery and promote the firm’s expertise through high-quality and high-impact content programmes, to enhance their global reputation.
 
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the organisation’s content strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Manage the end-to-end workflow of content projects, from brief intake to delivery and review stages.
  • Oversee the creation of diverse content formats including thought leadership articles, client alerts, profiles, and awards submissions.
  • Collaborate with senior professionals and subject matter experts to produce accurate, engaging, and relevant content.
  • Coordinate with marketing, communications, and digital teams to optimise content visibility across channels.
  • Lead and develop a team comprising content executives, assistant, and advisors, providing guidance, feedback, and support.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the organisation’s reputation and profile through targeted content campaigns.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including senior lawyers and partners, ensuring alignment with brand and strategic goals.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on content performance, adjusting strategies to maximise impact.
 
Experience required
  • Proven experience creating and managing high-quality content within a professional services or law firm environment.
  • Demonstrable project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives efficiently.
  • Experience working closely with senior stakeholders, including legal and practice professionals.
  • Ability to produce clear, compelling written content tailored to different audiences and formats.
  • Familiarity with legal directories, awards submissions, and reputation-building campaigns is highly desirable.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and editorial standards.
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to connect content to broader business objectives.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills to engage credibly with senior professionals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM tools or project tracking platforms is advantageous.
