This position plays a vital role in developing, managing, and enhancing digital content across various channels, ensuring clarity, consistency, and engagement that aligns with the firm’s professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, edit, and review digital content including web copy, internal updates, newsletters, and multimedia materials.
  • Support content planning by managing content calendars, production schedules, and approval workflows.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for multimedia content creation.
  • Monitor content performance through analytics tools and generate reports to inform ongoing content strategies.
  • Ensure all content adheres to firm guidelines, quality standards, accessibility, and regulatory obligations.
  • Maintain and update editorial best practice documents and content guidelines.
  • Respond to content requests and queries from various business units and contributors.
  • Proactively review digital channels to identify opportunities for improvement in content and user experience.
  • Act as a key point of contact for editorial support across the organisation.

Person Specification

  • Proven experience in content creation, editorial support, or digital publishing within a professional or large organisational environment.
