Talent Frame are pleased to be working with a global Law Firm to hire a Client Relationship Manager. In this role you will lead global client account management, fostering strong relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring exceptional service delivery for an esteemed law firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop key client accounts within a global legal environment, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Lead on client relationship initiatives, including relationship mapping, account planning, and opportunity identification.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across regions to execute client plans, optimise revenue, and deliver seamless service.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Support the onboarding of new relationships and manage existing stakeholder engagements across legal, claims, procurement, and executive contacts.
  • Analyse client data to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for growth; implement strategies to maximise client satisfaction and profitability.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of cross-selling initiatives and thought leadership activities.
  • Monitor billing and financial metrics, manage pipeline opportunities, and support negotiations on fees and terms.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of client management processes, tools, and documentation.
  • Promote best practices in relationship management across the organisation through coaching and knowledge sharing.

Person Specification

  • Proven experience in client relationship management within the professional services or legal industry.
  • Strong understanding of the insurance or legal markets is essential.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage C-suite and senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational skills, capable of managing multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proactive with a strategic mindset and a focus on delivering value to clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and geographies.
  • Ability to analyse complex data, identify opportunities, and execute plans accordingly.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for projects and client engagement.
