Talent Frame are delighted to be working with a global Law Firm to hire a Client Relationship Manager working within their telco and media market. This position offers the opportunity to manage key client relationships within the sector, driving strategic growth and delivering exceptional client experiences in a dynamic legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of international, cross-border Telco and Media clients, ensuring seamless service delivery across practice areas
- Lead analysis of client whitespace and identify high-margin business development opportunities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with clients’ needs and firm objectives
- Foster proactive, targeted engagement with clients to strengthen relationships and promote retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client services and ensure timely, accurate reporting
- Facilitate structured client feedback sessions, ensuring follow-up on key actions and client satisfaction
- Advocate for CRM best practices, including Salesforce usage, and maintain comprehensive, accurate client interaction records
- Drive improvements in client onboarding, operational efficiency, and overall client experience
Person Specification
- Extensive experience in client development within legal or professional services
- Proven ability to build trust and influence senior stakeholders effectively
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools and best practices in client relationship management
- Demonstrated success in identifying strategic opportunities and securing work from key clients
- Experience conducting client feedback interviews and leveraging data analytics for decision-making
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with keen attention to detail
- Skilled in strategic account planning and white-space analysis within financial or professional services sectors
- Able to work collaboratively across multiple teams within a complex organisational structure
- Good understanding of financial services business models and profitability drivers
