Talent Frame are please to be working with a leading law firm on an exciting Client Programme Manager role. This position plays a pivotal role in enhancing client relationships and driving strategic initiatives across key account management, client feedback and client experience programmes, supporting the firm’s growth and reputation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and management of the firm’s Key Account Programmes, developing tailored client strategies and embedding best practices across teams.
  • Collaborate with external consultancies and internal stakeholders to develop frameworks for account analysis, planning, and growth opportunities.
  • Organise and facilitate regular client team meetings to foster knowledge sharing and identify cross-selling and relationship development opportunities.
  • Monitor key performance indicators for Key Account Management and oversee CRM system enhancements to improve client insights and reporting.
  • Manage the firm’s Client Listening programme, increasing feedback collection quality and embedding a client-centric culture.
  • Coordinate onboarding and ongoing management of client insight vendors, implementing new technologies and reporting formats to inform continuous improvements.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance client experience, including onboarding processes and lifecycle management, aligning with business development and sector strategies.

Person Specification

  • Demonstrates excellent relationship management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders confidently.
  • Proven experience in project management, implementing client programmes, and effecting change within professional services or similar environments.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, capable of training and mentoring colleagues.
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and work under pressure in a fast-paced, evolving setting.
  • Resilient with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with cross-functional teams including lawyers, business development, and client teams.
