Talent Frame are pleased to be working with a global Law Firm to hire a Client Development Manager. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead initiatives and drive strategic growth across key client portfolios in a range of sectors. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing client engagement and supporting the firm’s ambitious expansion goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of a market-leading client programme aligned with the firm’s strategic objectives.
- Assist in establishing performance metrics, financial data reporting, and managing CRM tools to track client activity and opportunities.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with priority clients, ensuring continual progress and collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with various teams including Business Development, Marketing and Knowledge to implement client strategies effectively.
- Conduct client listening interviews to gather insights, supporting the continuous improvement of client engagement efforts.
- Support creation of internal reports and communications to monitor progress against targets, fostering awareness and collaboration.
- Help develop marketing materials, organise client events, and contribute to content initiatives to meet client needs proactively.
- Work with the Knowledge team to deliver client research, providing insights on market trends and issues.
- Assist with preparing proposals and responses to client opportunities, ensuring alignment with the firm’s development strategy.
- Contribute to wider firm activities and strategic projects as required.
Person Specification
- Proven experience in client development, account management, or relationship management within professional services.
- Skilled in developing client-focused account plans with a track record of delivering tangible results.
- Strong project management, organisational, and planning abilities.
- Excellent analytical skills, especially in interpreting financial and market intelligence.
- Ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with high attention to detail.
- A proactive team player, with a willingness to contribute beyond immediate responsibilities.
What’s on Offer
£65,000 - £75,000 depending on experience
