Business Development & Marketing Manager

Talent Frame are pleased to be working with a global Law Firm to hire a Business Development & Marketing Manager. This role can be based in London or Manchester, spending 2 days per week in the offices. This position is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives within the Global Regulatory & Investigations practice, focusing on client engagement, campaign execution, and opportunity development across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development and marketing plans for the practice group, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders to identify and maximise opportunities.
• Manage client engagement campaigns, ensuring messaging aligns with brand standards and tracking leads through analytics.
• Support content creation, thought leadership, and utilise digital marketing channels for maximum impact.
• Conduct research and analyse internal and external data to meet client and practice needs.
• Organise and contribute to pitches, including strategic and tactical proposals, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Prepare client and partner materials for meetings, pitches, and reviews, maintaining accurate records of engagement and pipeline data.
• Facilitate client relationship reviews and satisfaction surveys to support retention and growth.
• Ensure data integrity within BD systems and utilise technology tools to enhance workflow efficiency.

Person Specification

• Proven experience in business development within professional services organisations, ideally with legal or partnership background.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a collaborative and adaptable approach.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data and analytics to optimise campaigns and opportunities.
• Well-organised with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Curious about broader business, economic, and social issues influencing the market.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office packages is advantageous.
