Talent Frame is working with an International law firm to hire a Business Development Executive. This key role focuses on expanding the firm’s client base, enhancing brand awareness, and driving strategic growth initiatives to strengthen its market position and overall success.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the legal sector, leveraging market insights and industry networks.
• Develop and implement effective business development strategies to attract and retain clients.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, presenting the firm’s services compellingly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create targeted proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Participate in industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to promote the firm’s expertise.
• Track and analyse market and client data to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
• Support branding efforts and coordinate initiatives to enhance the firm’s visibility in the legal market.

Person Specification

• Proven success in business development or sales within a professional services or legal environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to identify opportunities and craft tailored approaches.
• Experience with CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects independently.
• Results-oriented with a professional demeanour and strong relationship-building skills
• Adaptable and resilient, able to navigate a fast-paced and competitive environment.
