Business Development Executive

Talent Frame are delighted to be partnering with a prestigious international law firm to find a talented Business Development Executive. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to strategic business development initiatives, support client facing teams, and be involved across pitches, proposals, events, and marketing activities that drive the firm’s growth and market presence

Key Responsibilities

• Support pitches, proposals, and tender submissions, ensuring high-quality, client-focused outcomes.

• Assist with events, sponsorships, and partnerships, managing logistics and budgets.

• Manage internal and external communications, marketing literature, and BD collateral.

• Conduct client research and monitor market trends to inform strategy.

• Support global BD initiatives, CRM management, and cross-office coordination.

Experience Required

• Relevant marketing or business development experience in professional services.

• Proven experience in managing bids, proposals, or cross-office submissions.

• Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and deliver consistently.

• Collaborative, proactive, and commercially aware with a positive attitude.
