Bid Executive

Talent Frame are delighted to be partnering with a leading UK law firm to recruit a Bids Executive to join their dynamic Pursuits team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of project management, writing, strategy and who wants to play a key role in helping a top firm win new business. The Pursuits team focuses on supporting lawyers through formal tender processes, ensuring high-quality, creative, and competitive submissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Pursuits and Business Development teams in managing bids and tender submissions from start to finish.

• Coordinate timelines, content, and inputs to ensure deadlines are met and messaging is consistent.

• Help shape pursuit strategies and contribute new ideas to strengthen proposals and improve efficiency.

• Draft, edit, and proofread proposal documents, pitch decks, and capability statements.

• Collaborate with lawyers and business teams to develop persuasive and client-focused content.

• Maintain best practice and support continuous improvement across all pursuits activity.

• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across all levels.

Person Specification

• Experience in bids within professional services or legal.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.

• Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• Confident, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Collaborative mindset with a positive, can-do approach and a drive to succeed.
