Talent Frame are delighted to be working with a leading UK architectural and heritage consultancy to hire a Bid Coordinator for their Manchester studio. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and highly organised professional with a passion for architecture to take ownership of the end-to-end bid process and support the firm’s continued growth.

Working closely with Partners, the wider Work Winning team and internal stakeholders, the successful candidate will manage multiple bids, producing high-quality and visually engaging submissions. You’ll join a collaborative team where you can use your creative skills while developing your experience across bids, business development and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end bid process, ensuring deadlines and procedures are met.
  • Build strong relationships with Partners and internal stakeholders to produce compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, to create high-quality bid submissions.
  • Design bid and tender layouts, including collating relevant images and graphics.
  • Review content for accuracy, consistency and presentation quality.
  • Maintain the internal bid library, including CVs, project case studies and photography.
  • Analyse bid outcomes and implement lessons learned to improve future submissions.
  • Identify and implement improvements and efficiencies across the bid process.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development and Marketing teams on wider projects.
  • Manage multiple bids with varying stakeholders, requirements and deadlines.

Person Specification

  • Excellent InDesign skills.
  • Previous bid coordination or bid management experience is desirable.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience working with stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
  • Experience working on high-value bids.
  • Graphic design skills and experience using procurement portals are advantageous.
  • Experience within the architecture or construction industry would be beneficial.
  • A genuine passion for architecture and a creative, proactive approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively while managing an autonomous workload.
