Talent Frame are delighted to be working with a leading global law firm to hire a Business Development Specialist to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to support the delivery of strategic business development plans, projects, and initiatives across multiple offices, working with a wide range of stakeholders in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support business development plans, projects, and initiatives across multiple offices and stakeholders
  • Drive projects from development through to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives achieved
  • Produce high-quality work across multiple formats, including PowerPoint presentations, Excel project plans, and Word documents
  • Support and respond to ad hoc requests from the Chief Business Development Officer and wider leadership team
  • Manage, monitor, and track business development initiatives to ensure alignment with departmental goals and strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver multiple projects simultaneously, often within tight deadlines
  • Develop and maintain tracking and reporting tools, including spreadsheets, databases, and reports
  • Work closely with lawyers and business services teams to support the planning and execution of key initiatives
  • Provide additional support across business development activities as required

Person Specification

  • Demonstrated experience developing and supporting strategic business development plans and initiatives
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Experience working within a highly matrixed environment, collaborating across teams and business units
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a collaborative and proactive approach
  • Results-oriented with the ability to prioritise and balance competing demands
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with sound business judgment
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Flexible approach to working hours where required, with willingness to travel if needed

Technical Skills & Experience

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access
  • Experience managing mid to large-scale projects is highly desirable
  • Degree educated or equivalent combination of education and experience
