Talent Frame is pleased to be recruiting a Business Development Manager for a global Law Firm in London (hybrid working, 2-3 days). This pivotal position supports the growth of Disputes practice through strategic initiatives, client engagement, and market insights, contributing to the firm’s overall success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement targeted business development plans to drive growth within the Disputes practice.
  • Coordinate with global teams to ensure local strategies align with broader firm objectives.
  • Foster relationships across global business development and marketing functions to enhance collaboration and information sharing.
  • Utilise global resources and tools to generate actionable insights and support strategic decisions.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and create sector-specific go-to-market campaigns to attract and retain clients.
  • Contribute to the preparation of high-quality pitch proposals and submissions for panels and tenders.
  • Monitor industry trends, gather market intelligence, and analyse client feedback to inform BD strategies.
  • Leverage data-driven insights for pipeline management and horizon scanning to support growth initiatives.

Person Specification

  • Experience in business development within legal services, ideally n Disputes.
  • Proven capability to develop and execute strategic growth initiatives aligned with organisational goals.
  • Skilled at building and maintaining relationships across diverse teams and regions.
  • Ability to interpret market data and industry trends to inform business strategies.
  • Proficient in using digital tools and data sources for generating market insights and pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling proposals and client offerings.
  • Strong collaborative approach with a proactive mindset to foster cross-border partnerships.
