Talent Frame are pleased to be working with a top global Law Firm who are looking to hire a Business Development Advisor. This is a hybrid role, working 2-3 days per week in London.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a central contact for TMTIP lawyers and colleagues seeking BD and marketing support.
- Develop tailored marketing materials and coordinate in-person and virtual events to support TMTIP initiatives.
- Contribute to global BD plans, including client targeting strategies and sector campaigns.
- Drive cross-selling opportunities and support go-to-market activities that engage priority clients.
- Prepare persuasive pitches, panel submissions, and support strategies to secure new business.
- Leverage marketing technology, data, and global processes to generate insights and connect local teams with the wider strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience working as an BD Assistant or Executive within a Business Development function in the legal or professional services field. In addition to this, candidates must be able to demonstrate the following:
- Background in BD and marketing within TMTIP or related industries (experience in professional services is an advantage, but not essential).
- Track record of producing compelling pitches and delivering impactful events.
- Strong communication, persuasive writing, and relationship-building skills.
Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with ease.
Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to a high-performing global team.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to apply transferable skills to the legal/professional services environment.
- The ideal candidate will be able to manage the execution of projects from start to finish, provide support to the BD Managers on a wide range of initiatives, and be comfortable assisting with Fee Earner meetings.
