Talent Frame is once again partnering with a globally renowned professional services firm to find an experienced AI Client Trainer. This pivotal role involves designing and delivering tailored AI training programmes that deepen client relationships and support strategic business initiatives through innovative learning solutions.

This is a 12 month contract role.
Hybrid working - 3 days in the office, 2 from home.

Role Overview
The successful candidate will develop and execute comprehensive AI training programmes for clients globally, translating complex AI concepts into accessible, practical insights. Working closely with internal teams and senior clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver customised AI training sessions both virtually and in person, catering to diverse client needs and levels of technical familiarity.
  • Research and stay abreast of developments in AI technology, trends, and governance, integrating insights into training content.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create new workshops and client offerings aligned with stakeholder strategies and emerging capabilities.
  • Support business development efforts by promoting training offerings during pitches.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact on client relationships, identifying opportunities to enhance engagement and service delivery.
  • Manage training projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and measured outcomes.

Person Specification

  • Proven experience in designing and delivering engaging training programmes or workshops.
  • Deep knowledge of AI technologies, trends, and their organisational applications.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences from technical experts to senior executives.
  • Client-centric approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and fostering strong relationships.
