Talent Frame are delighted to partner with a client seeking a proactive and focused Account Executive. This role involves sourcing and securing new client accounts at mid-market and enterprise organisations. This is a 'land and expand' sales role.
Key Responsibilities
– Identify and develop relationships with decision-makers within large enterprises to drive new business opportunities.
– Sell technology-enabled managed services such as virtual events, conferences, and secure virtual meetings for IR and communications teams.
– Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective prospecting, meetings, and negotiations.
– Maintain accurate sales pipeline data, provide regular reporting, and manage forecast updates.
– Build and implement territory plans, establishing a strong presence within the designated market.
Person Specification
– Proven success in enterprise sales, ideally with experience in selling either virtual event services to large corporates, technology based corporate communication solutions, or to investor relations teams.
– Demonstrable track record of exceeding sales targets and cultivating long-term client relationships.
– Skilled in strategic prospecting and territory development, with a “hunter” mentality.
– Effective communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
– Self-motivated and capable of working independently within a remote-first environment.
– Knowledgeable in revenue forecasting and pipeline management within fast-paced settings.
– Organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
