Account Executive - US based, remote

Talent Frame are delighted to partner with our client on a fantastic Account Executive role. This position involves sourcing and securing new client accounts, with a focus on enterprise sales of communication technology-enabled services to high-profile organisations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to secure new client logos, contributing to the company’s growth targets.
• Establish and maintain relationships with decision makers within large enterprises.
• Present and sell virtual event and communication solutions tailored to client needs, including conferences and secure meetings.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive prospecting, meetings, and negotiations.
• Manage the sales pipeline and activity reporting in line with forecasting procedures.
• Act as a voice of the customer, providing product feedback to ensure client satisfaction and continuous service improvement.

Person Specification

• Proven success in enterprise sales, particularly within video platforms, virtual events services, or selling in to investor relations teams, with a record of exceeding sales targets.
• Experience prospecting and winning new business, including territory development and account management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and self-motivation, especially in a virtual working environment.
• Demonstrated ability to forecast revenue accurately and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach tools is advantageous.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a proactive approach to work.
• Localised to the US, with the relevant experience and connections in enterprise communication solutions.
