ABM Growth Marketer

Talent Frame are delighted to partner with the client on a fantastic ABM Growth Marketer role. This is for a high profile early stage start-up with backing from leading VC companies.

This is a majority office based role (4 days in a week mostly) in London.

Candidates must have:

Prior experience in (Pre)Seed to Series B companies

ABM experience, targeting Enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Create compelling narratives positioning the platform as a category-defining AI solution 
• Design and execute rapid experiments across various channels to develop and refine growth strategies.
• Apply AI and automation tools for data analysis, tracking, reporting, and campaign execution.
• Translate research and insights into actionable product and messaging enhancements through close coordination with sales and product teams.

Person Specification

• Experience driving measurable growth within early-stage (enterprise focused) technology companies.
• Proven ability to operate across the full marketing spectrum: research, messaging, campaigns, and analytics.
• Strong analytical skills paired with creative storytelling capabilities.
• Highly comfortable with experimentation, rapid testing, learning, and iterative improvement.
• Demonstrates ownership, execution focus, and collaborative working style.

What’s on Offer
Salary: £90,000–£100,000 plus equity
