Senior Product Marketing Manager

Talent Frame are delighted to be working with an established and growing SaaS business to hire a Senior Product Marketing Manager. This role will be remote with some travel across the UK as required. This role requires someone who has experience managing and mentoring individuals within a PM team. This role will lead on the GTM strategy and execution, partnering and collaborating closely with teams at a global level, across product management, sales, and customer success teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and supporting a small team of Product Marketing Managers.
• Collaborating across departments including sales, customer success and product management to ensure alignment of the portfolio.  
• Developing the GTM strategy and managing the execution within the team.
• Owning the product lifecycle, including successful launch and exit of products, collaboration with marketing colleagues to implement required lead generation activity, and creation of sales enablement tooling and content.

Experience Required:

• Product marketing experience ideally within the SaaS field
• Management experience
• Strong leadership ability and a collaborative outlook
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
